Mailing List and Resources

When you sign up to receive resources from The Advocacy Studio, we collect your first name, last name, and email address.

• Purpose of processing:

  • To provide you with the free guide The Basics of Presentation Design.

  • To build and maintain a subscriber database for sharing future resources, updates, and offers from The Advocacy Studio.

• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). By signing up, you consent to receive the requested resource and to be contacted with additional resources and communications.

• Storage: We will retain your details until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

• Third parties: We use Squarespace Email Campaigns as our email delivery platform. Your data is stored securely and may be transferred outside the EU/UK under appropriate safeguards.

• Your rights: You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of our emails. You may also contact us directly at info@advocacystudio.org to request deletion of your details. You have the right to access your data and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
